Unaged, honoring the noble agaves of Arandas and the Camarena “Ranchos” through intense, lively and clean flavors made with 100% Blue Agave.  A nose of cooked agave, , citrus, black pepper, earth & grass. On the palate, more cooked agave, black pepper, mint, tropical fruit, very fresh with hints of earth.  Long finish, with a fade out. Minimal viscosity
