Francois Maudet "Le Temps d'Aimer" Pas Folle, la Guêpe! is a white natural wine made from Folle Blanche grapes grown in the Loire Valley. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. Bright and balanced, good acidity, apple and tropical fruit on the nose, great salinity on the palate.
